Jump Start Class: Every first Saturday of every month

Our jump start class is a great way to check your fitness level as we do fitness testing at the start of every class. We also dedicate time to perfecting your form with the basic movements: Squat, lunge, plank, pushup, pull ups and more.

If you have purchased a promotion for boot camp and would like to get started, please follow the steps below:



Step 1: Choose the Class option that works best for you

Option 1: M-W-F 5:45am-6:30am

Option 2: T-TH at 5:45am-6:30am & Saturday at 7:30 or 8:30

Option 3: M-W-F 8:30am-9:15am

Option 4: M-W-F 9:30am-10:15am

Option 5: M-W-F Noon-12:30 (EXPRESS)

Option 6: M-T-W-TH 5:30-6:15pm

Option 7: T/TH POWER 45: 6:35am-7:20am and Saturday at 9:30am

Option 8: T/TH POWER 45: 10:30am-11:15am and Saturday at 9:30am

Option 9: M-T-W-TH POWER 45: 6:30pm-7:15pm

Power 45 is all about Strengthening your body from the core, delivering a high intensity workout to your body but LOW IMPACT to your joints.  This class will have a longer warm up, easing your body into the core of the workout which will be 45 min of high intensity strength training with emphasis on perfect form and limiting the amount of impact to your joints.  We will end with a longer stretching program that encompasses the FULL body and leaves you feeling calm in the body and mind.  This will protect your body from injury and help you to feel less sore the next day. (Offered:Tuesday & Thursday at 6:35am & 10:30am and  M-T-W-TH at  6:30pm and Saturday at 9:30am- See session break down above)

Frequently asked questions for promotions :

I have never done boot camp before is it for every fitness level?

YES! Our classes are designed for every fitness level from beginner to pro athlete.  Our classes are lead by an advanced instructor guiding you through each move. Its up to you how hard you want to push yourself.  Our classes combine strength and cardio to take you to that peak state.

My schedule changes, can I just come to any class that fits my schedule?

No, unless you are a member. We ask that you stick to a schedule to best accommodate our gym. 3x a week is recommended.  We also ask that you stay within your designated option time. Should you decided to become a member during your trial with us then you have the option to utilize any and all of our classes and member benefits!

Is my promotion for 28 classes?

No, the number on the deal refers to how many days you have access starting from your first day. So, if it says 28 day boot camp, the 28 days would start the day you come in for your first class and expire 28 days later. It is true that we run our program and suggest 3 days per week to give you the best results and allow your body to recover fully in between.  

I am looking for a gym, what are your prices?

Awesome! Our gym is like a family and we love to have new motivated individuals joining us that are on a mission to get in amazing shape. We have many membership options that one of our experts would love to discuss with you after your first session!
