This program will be led by Kelly Altman, CPT and Holistic Health Coach, and Jillian Bellows, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Competitor.
You will be guided through workouts in the Altman Fitness gym or on-line that will help challenge and change your fitness. You will be on a TEAM where you will be earning points to help your team WIN!
There will also be weekly topics and discussions on relevant information you will need to know to increase your strength and fitness such as rest and recovery, fueling your body, and how to set goals that you stay motivated to achieve.
This is not about being perfect, this is about practicing showing up for yourself and taking small actions that can build over the weeks and make getting stronger and leaner easy!
